Refund Policy
Prints
Each print is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. If you are unhappy with your print for any reason, please contact me within 14 days of receipt to resolve the issue together.
Unwanted Goods
Please return unwanted goods unused and in the original packaging in perfect condition for re-sale within 14 days of receipt. Please obtain proof of postage. A full refund minus the shipping costs will be made on receipt of the returned goods. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs when returning unwanted goods and if the product will be received damaged, no refund will take place from my side Betty's crafts and canvas.
Damaged/Lost Goods
If any of the purchased artworks will arrive damaged, I may offer a full refund depending on the amount of damage that had occurred to the product. I recommend obtaining proof of postage. A full refund minus the original shipping costs of your order will be made on receipt of the returned goods.
If you return something because of an error on my part or because it’s damaged, I will refund any charges incurred in returning the item to me (please contact me beforehand so we can arrange the appropriate shipping type together. Failure to do so may result in a refund not being able to be completed). l will check all of the items returned as damaged or defective. In the event that I find no fault, I reserve the right to recharge you for the item/s and to recover my fees and expenses from you.
Will any return costs be refunded?

When will I receive my refund?
I action all refunds within 3 days of receiving the goods. Please note that it can take around 5-7 working days for the refund to show up on your account.
Exceptions/Non-refundable artworks
Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded such as custom or personalised artworks. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
