Shipping charges are included in the cost of your order depending on your country of origin.
Yes, shipping cost depends on the country the item is shipped to.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Betty's Crafts And Canvas is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
The local pickup can be arranged within Letterkenny, Co.Donegal in Ireland, with no extra fee. Please contact me through email or phone to arrange the best pick up location in the area once an order will be placed.
The artworks will be packed in protective film. Each original painting will also come with a certificate of authenticity that is signed by the artist.
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 10 business days. I will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Customers are responsible for any customs charges, if applicable. Please contact your local customs office prior to purchase for more details on duties, taxes and fees according to your country's regulations.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
All orders are processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Betty's Crafts and Canvas can usually deliver your order within 3-4 business days (locally) and 5-20 working days internationally. However, with international shipping it can differ in times depending on your local post service.
Custom piece delivery depends on the completion date of the final project. The shipment due date will be discussed during the process of creating your order.
If you have been issued with a tracking number, please use it to follow the parcel on its journey. For any inquiries regarding parcel delays please contact me.
Shipping fees for commissioned artworks are calculated individually based on the shipping location and the weight of the completed artwork plus packaging. You will be provided with a shipping pricing estimate at the beginning of the commission process.
No, your order will not arrive with any documentation. Your receipt is your order confirmation email. Please retain your shipping confirmation email for your records.
Original paintings will come with a certificate of authenticity which is signed by the artist.
Each of my paintings is packed carefully into protective film, bubble wrap or other protective materials and then placed securely into a cardboard box.
Prints are packaged in a flat cardboard-backed envelope. Larger prints may be rolled and packaged in a cardboard postal tube.
Please return goods unused and in original packaging in perfect condition for re-sale within 14 days of receipt.
Please obtain proof of postage. A full refund minus the shipping costs will be made on receipt of the returned goods.
Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs when returning unwanted goods and if the product will be received damaged, no refund will take place from my side Betty's crafts and canvas.
**There is no return on unwanted commissioned goods**
If any of the purchased artworks will arrive damaged, I may offer a full refund depending on the amount of damage that had occurred to the product. I recommend obtaining proof of postage. A full refund [minus the shipping costs] will be made on receipt of the returned goods.
l will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event I find no fault, I reserve the right to recharge you for the item/s and to recover my fees and expenses from you.

I do not offer any exchanges. Once an original artwork has been purchased it cannot be swapped for another one.

I action all refunds within 3 days of receiving goods, Please note it may take 5-7 working days for the refund to show up on your account.
Certain types of items such as custom orders can not be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
